BABEBOX reserves the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. 5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We may accept or decline orders for any reason. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated. You agree to provide valid payment information. If payment fails, we may cancel the order. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. BABEBOX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you. 7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact [email protected]. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Certain items, such as gift cards or personalized products, are non-returnable. BABEBOX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

All content on the BABEBOX website – including text, graphics, logos, images, and software – is the property of BABEBOX or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
