Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange any item purchased directly from BABEBOX within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use beyond a simple try‑on may not qualify for a refund or exchange. BABEBOX reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start your return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call (206) 555-0199 within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package. BABEBOX covers the cost of return shipping for all standard returns and exchanges – you pay nothing extra.
Free Returns and Exchanges
We believe in hassle‑free shopping. That is why BABEBOX offers free returns and exchanges on all eligible orders. No restocking fees will be deducted from your refund or charged for an exchange. If you prefer an exchange, we will ship your replacement item at no additional shipping cost once your return is received and processed.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Non‑Returnable Items

BABEBOX also cannot accept returns on gift cards, downloadable products, or items that have been personalized or customized. Defective or Incorrect Items
