Free Shipping
All orders placed through babebox.shop qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, and no promotional codes are needed. Free shipping applies to every item in your cart, regardless of order value. Please note that free shipping does not cover expedited or overnight delivery options, which may be available for an additional fee at checkout. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on any business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. For example, an order placed at 4:45 PM EST on a Tuesday will begin processing that day, while an order placed at 5:15 PM EST on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Handling Time
Once your order is received and payment is confirmed, we require a handling period of 0 to 2 business days. During this time, we pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but in some cases (e.g., high volume or product availability) the full two days may be needed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Transit Time
After the handling period, your package will be in transit for approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and are not guaranteed for standard free shipping. While the majority of packages arrive within this window, occasional delays due to weather, carrier capacity, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or by logging into your account on babebox.shop. If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of shipment, please contact our customer support team.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. BABEBOX is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at the email below. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
